Althea has led projects commissioned by Local Authorities, Registered Providers and Charities who are seeking to meet today’s economic and legislative challenges while ensuring that their accommodation and services are of highquality and are configured to meet the needs and aspirations of current and future client groups.

Althea has wide ranging experience in the social housing sector including being the Operational Director with England’s largest national provider of older people’s housing.
